Job Title: WHOLESALE ASSISTANT

Location: EAST LONDON

Full Time 

​

This position will play an integral role in selling and closing sales deals with new clients each season.Working with the Senior Wholesale Manager and Wholesale Account executive, this candidate will be expected to assist face to face buying appointments each season, these can take place internationally - traditionally in London, New York and Paris. This candidate needs to have strong communication skills, connecting to clients on the phone daily and weekly meetings keeping all communications on-brand.

 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Detailed & logical thinking

• At least 2 years experience working in Wholesale

• Strong sales skills 

• Great organisation & communication skills

• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Scheduling seasonal buying appointments with new and current retail partners

• Prepping seasonal sales materials 

• Locating new retail partners in targeted territories 

• Analysing sales and creating reports to support Senior Wholesale Manager identify key regions to focus on

• Sending out marketing materials via newsletters weekly to entice new retailers to buy

• Showcasing seasonal collections to new targeted retail partners with the aim to gain them and a new stockist

• Data analysis reporting to monitor best sellers, worst sellers and sales patterns in each territory.

Job Title: STORE ASSISTANT

Location: EAST LONDON

Part Time 

​

As the first point of contact you will be engaging and communicating with our customers providing them with details on the collection, company and style advice. You will approach every customer, making there experience a fun and enjoyable whilst taking care of their needs. You will be based in East London, just off of Broadway Market.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide good advice whilst achieving sales and delivering memorable customer experiences

• Be helpful to our customers by providing a great standard of customer service both face to face and via what's app or email

• Maintaining a high standard of presentation and merchandising of products in store

• Handle all point of sale transactions

• Develop a high level of product knowledge and share your opinions with the team

• Maintain a log book of requests with customer details so you can contact them when necessary

• Maintain the stock levels of the store buy requesting top ups of sold out styles and sizes
